St Patrick - a Stranger bearing Gifts
An ecumenical celebration including worship and music will be held at 6pm in St. Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin, on St. Patrick's Day, 17th March, 2018.
This celebration has been organised by the Dublin Council of Churches and will include participation by many people from different countries around the world.
All are welcome to join us for this celebration.

The Objectives of the DCC - as stated in its Constitution - are

  • To encourage co-operation between churches and inter-church groups, at both local and district (city) level.
  • To explore within a Christian fellowship, based on mutual love and the presence of Christ among us,  the calling of the People of God to pray and work together for the fulfilment of Jesus' prayer 'that all may be one'.
  • To facilitate and exchange information and views of member churches on matters of concern.
  • To support joint study and action.
  • To disseminate information on ecumenical activities and resources.

The Dublin Council of Churches arranges a variety of events during the year, and also supports other ecumenical events, in the Dublin area. Any upcoming events will be listed on our Facebook Page. Click on the menu item above for information on these.
